1. 1. Assess the current database (Source - Production)  -  Use Data Migration Assistance (DMA)

   2. Prepare the necessary fixes (Tsql scripts, SP, Views, Functions etc..) - Resolve all findings provided by DMA

   3. Copy and restore the source database to user acceptance testing (UAT) environment - Simulate and make sure to do end to end functionality & performance testing (Use the target version).

   4. Deploy the SQL scripts for the necessary fixes.

   5. Migrate the database.
